So I watch a lot of YouTube, and one of my favorite kinds of videos are those of people who fix things. There is a cobbler I watch, a technician, an electrician, a mason, and so many others. I love seeing the details and nuance of craft, including those I have no particular interest in.
I often describe how you share your writing as a craft. Today I want to reflect on the ways I see craftspeople fix things as being instructive to learning the craft of how you share your writing and creative work. This is about the dedication of problem solving, which I think writers know so much about with the craft of writing, and can apply to the craft of sharing.
Before we begin, I want to invite you to join me:
In my Creative Shift Mastermind starting September 2! Full information and registration here.
Free workshop and Q&A about the Mastermind on Friday August 22nd at 12:30pm ET: “Intro to Human-Centered Marketing.” Register here.
As always, thank you so much for being here with me.
