Participating in your Mastermind group was the first step I took toward taking my writing to the next level, when I realized I needed a community of other creative people for support. Plus, I love the photos of your 7yo! He reminds me so much of my 7yo, Veronica. She loves Magic Tree House books, too, and reads some for her first grade reading challenge (to get to 100 books by spring break, I think).
Thanks Maryann! This is my first time running it in over 4 years. My intention is to make it a regular thing, but I’m also being cautious and focusing on this next session before I get ahead of myself.
I don't even remember how many years ago, Dan, I was in a couple of your Mastermind groups. (Teri Case and I were in at least one together). But I do remember much of what I learned from you and from the other generous participants in the groups. All these years later, I'm still getting mileage out of many of the ideas, tips, guidelines. The community that was formed was so supportive and encouraging. And I'm still using the Clarity Cards structure for all kinds of planning and organizing and prioritizing. Still telling people about you and all you offer to support writers.
This was a career changer for me. I was in the first one you offered, Dan and I still refer to my notes and charts. Hi Judy and Teri! Still use Clarity Cards. I appreciated the personal guidance you gave me. I marvel at how you personalized the experience and gave us community at the same time. MM was a highlight of my writing life.
