Create moments, not metrics

The best way to measure your efforts to share online

It’s so tempting to try to measure the success of your platform as a writer with metrics. This could be how much content you create (Reels, newsletters, updates, etc), leaderboards, or the number of followers, likes, reshares, or subscribers you have.

Instead, I want to encourage you to consider how many moments you have with another human being. Where you measure success of being public as a writer based on conversations and connections, not metrics.
